The line ​"...everyone's life is built from these forced revisions."

​That phrase "forced revisions" is just stunning. It makes life feel less like a grand, planned-out story and more like a messy, live document. The idea that we don't just choose to change but we get edited by circumstance, and we have to find a way to make the new draft beautiful anyway. It’s a really comforting, slightly heavy, but incredibly grounding way to look at getting older.

Wow this was amazing. The southern woman that dresses up for everything and pays full price for designer is literally every mom I grew up with in Charlotte hahahah! It's SUCH a real type. And they SHOP let me tell you! They are carrying Zimmerman on their freaking backs lol

exactly they really aren’t worth it unless you’re someone who likes long nails + complicated designs. I try not to think about the germ potential lol
